This is very similar to the Opera 9.64 issue (Bug 494991), where the logo does not render correctly since it is a resized png. The issue only applies to IE6 (which has a png transparency issue anyway) and IE7. IE8 renders the logo correctly.
Thanks, Tanner! Just an FYI: IE 6 is no longer officially supported by the WebDev team for AMO (it is for Mozilla.com, SpreadFirefox, SUMO); IE 7 and 8 are, of course.

I can't reproduce this, the logo looks fine to me on IE7/WinXP.

I don't see this either, actually, with IE 7.
It works for me on another system as well, so I would assume that I have a bad install of IE7 on the machine I was testing with.
