Right now, when a link is tapped, the user is jumped to the top of the page before the next page is on the screen.  This can lead to the sense that what you see, post jump, is the page you tapped on a link to get to.  But it isn't, which causes confusion.

We may need to show something between when the link is tapped but before we have any of the next page loaded to show, but it would be better to have the titlebar come up superimposed at the top of the screen, with the new page title or URL (which is probably all we have at this point) in it and the throbber throbbing.
