49661 - Switching themes messes up pull-down menus

When switching to a different theme, the (F)ile, (E)dit, (V)iew, and (S)earch
menus pop up and drop down from the top of the screen, overlaying the menu bar.
 The other menus to the right of those above work just fine.  If you quit
Mozilla and restart, it also works just fine.

yeah, this is 46948.  reopen it if you're still seeing this with a new nightly 
(which I assume you're not, since skin switching is currently broken...)
