Details
Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b99) Gecko/20090604 Firefox/3.5b99, I have found that I have to click the security icon in the status bar at the right at least 4-5 times to get Page Info dialog to open.
STR:
1. Select icon in the bottom right hand corner of browser using your mouse or track pad
2. Note that it does not respond to the first few clicks.
Expected: Should open when it first selected.
This bug was present in B4 before we adjusted the icon on Mac.
I will check Firefox 3.0.10 next, but it also happens using trunk and latest 1.9.1 nightly.

Same thing happens using FF 3.0.10 so this is not a regression.

This issue is apparent in Window XP in a VM using the trunk.

Cant see this behavior in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042523 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.10

It expects a double-click, not a single click. With that said, this works for me on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042316 Firefox/3.0.10
