On all sites, when you click a link (hand cursor), the cursor not change with pointer or the new cursor than is on the new position.

Sorry form my english (i'm italian).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Positionating in a Link
2. Click on the link
3. Don't move the mouse
4. The cursor isn't changed
5. Move the cursor and the cursor is reloaded correctly.
Actual Results:
The cursor isn't changed with new cursor of the current new position.

Expected Results:
The cursor will be change!
I guess he also expects a "waiting" cursor to appear like it happened in all previous versions. If yes, I also have this problem in 3.5 and it's annoying since you think nothing happened unless you look at the status bar.
The problem is also on new 3.5 version...
Still a problem in 3.5b4. I never realized how useful the little "waiting" cursor animation was until it stopped happening.
This is not limited to Windows.
Ubuntu Bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/395749
This problem is in the Mac OS X builds of 3.5 and 3.5.1. Looks like someone decided removed this feature despite people wanting/relying on it.
This was the first thing I noticed after upgrading to 3.5 . I went back to a previous version and re-upgraded and still the same. I hope this gets fixed.
This may be being investigated in bug 510919 which has same STR.
3.5 was released officially and now I regret upgrading because of this irritating bug/feature.
As I understand the original poster, this isn't to do with the wait cursor being displayed when a page loads, it's to do with the cursor, wait or otherwise, not been updated/refreshed until you move the mouse once a page is loaded.

For a demonstration, go to http://talk2dom.com/ff_cursor_bug.html

Click on the 'test' button *without subsequently moving your mouse* and the javascript will change the cursor to 'wait' and then reload the page. After the page has loaded, the cursor remains on 'wait' until you move the mouse. The cursor doesn't have to be set to 'wait' - any cursor will do - the point is that it's not updated when the page loads until the mouse is moved.

To me this looks like a dup of bug 511151 (forked off bug 510919 mentioned above) and not a dup of bug 482985

The bug is still present.

Go to: http://www.google.com/
Click "Business solutions"
Don't move the mouse!
The pointer cursor of the mouse is still present.
If you move the mouse, the cursor changes correctly with the good pointer of current position of new page.

No changes with profile reset.
