http://www.rssboard.org/rss-profile#namespace-elements-dublin-creator suggests dc:creator when the author element is not actually an email address.
We should check whether feed readers honor dc:creator before implementing it. Or switch to atom.

I didn't look at the url field. I was thinking about our new feeds in general. I don't think we have any feeds on collections right now. You might consider that a separate bug.
