The reply-to-list button and menu option are disabled, as of http://build.mozillamessaging.com/mercurial/comm-central/rev/8a5b8921a88b (which was checked in less than an hour ago) so you won't be able to click them anymore, and thus you won't see this behaviour.  :)

(Sorry, just to clarify, I meant that the button and menu option will be disabled for this message.  For messages you get from a list you're subscribed to, they should still be enabled.)
