Building tests on WinCE needs some fixes in NSS.
Those fixes are: bug 483653, bug 495717.

we are going to be branching mozilla-central to 1.9.2 (eta: next week) and building mobile from that branch.  Can we get the nss rollup into mozilla-central before that branch happens?  

We need this fix for building with --enable-tests on windows mobile and it would be nice to have it in for our next milestone and so we don't have to do a rollup into m-c and 1.9.2 after the branch.

Please work with the NSS module owners to get an NSS "RTM" CVS tag
for Mozilla 1.9.2.  (I lowered my status to an NSS module "peer".)
Once you get the name of the NSS RTM CVS tag, I can push it to
mozilla-central for you..

I believe this is landed?  I am able to build without a patch with a fresh clone.

Yes, I landed NSS_3_12_4_RTM in mozilla-central on 2009-08-19
(see bug 504080 comment 25).
