The release automation harness runs update verification steps on all platforms where it compares a (old release install + auto-update) with a new release install (for both complete and partial updates) and displays eventual differences.
We're basically doing a decent job with 2.0a3 to a fake "2.0a4" created out of current source, but I found some small omissions from removed-files.in.

Here's the fixes. Of course, without having packages files for the Mac, it was easy to not see what going static changed on Mac, we should have that in here now as well.
