The position of the 'This site has no verification information' popup blocks drag and dropping bookmarks to bookmarks toolbar while it displays.

Can you reposition this popup position to either over the address bar or the top level menu?

It's not a bug - it's just a pita having to either move my bookmark poisitions, wait for popup to dissappear or drop into non-blocked poisition and then move it into position.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag adress icon onto bookmarks folder (almost directly down ... and a bit to the right of address icon
2.Try drop while popup displays OR
3.Wait... tick tock tick tock



Display the popup elsewhere
