Details

(Whiteboard: [ts])

I've seen multiple references to cold startup (from a rebooted computer) being much slower on Firefox 3.5 than 3.0. I know we intentionally discard cold startup times from Ts, but I'm *very* interested to know whether we've actually regressed this.

I saw at least one reference on a Mac-specific web site, so I'd at least start tests on OS X, though I'm interested in cross-platform numbers too.
