meta: Better startup measurements
I've seen multiple references to cold startup (from a rebooted computer) being much slower on Firefox 3.5 than 3.0. I know we intentionally discard cold startup times from Ts, but I'm *very* interested to know whether we've actually regressed this. I saw at least one reference on a Mac-specific web site, so I'd at least start tests on OS X, though I'm interested in cross-platform numbers too.

(In reply to comment #2) > Sqlite3 DB slowness? > http://mozillalinks.org/wp/2009/07/vacuum-your-firefox-databases-for-better-performance/ vacuuming as of 3.6, via bug 512854.
* bug 506470 can land on 1.9.1, needs re-approval probably * bug 517549 landed on 184.108.40.206 * bug 517045 maybe for 1.9.1?
bug 531492 looks interesting
