I'm proposing an add-ons grey list which is basically like the add-ons blacklist but the add-ons are not blocked and the user is warned about using such add-ons being reported to cause adverse effects and list out what effects have been reported when using said add-ons.
Flags: wanted-firefox3.6?
Wanted to add that this was thought up by a couple of users talking irc about traiging bugs after the Firefox 3.5 release. Most bugs traiged were caused by extensions and if when we figured out the problem was caused by version x.xx of extension XXXX then add that to the grey list so users would know that their problem was caused by said extensions.
I'm also filing a few more bugs that will tie this into to other things and will post back once I file those.
Summary: Create an add-ons grey list (Warn users during update that an extension(s) have been reported to cause problems) → Create an add-ons grey list (Warn users during update/bug filing/seeking help on sumo that an extension(s) have been reported to cause problems)

We already have this with low severities in the blocklist where Firefox will simply warn the user and recommending not installing or disabling the item.
