50238 - Mozilla Hangs on Win2K when there is OTHER APPS on the desktop

1) I'm working with a few other apps open (typically Green Hills develop. envir.,
or NS4.7, or MS Access)
2) I click the mozilla shortcut on the desktop, wait, wait - NOTHING APPENDS
3) I close some of the other windows on the desktop
4) the mozilla splash screen appear, and a few second later its main windows!

This appends very, very often on my desktop with all mozilla snapshots
and milestones since at least 3 month.

On the other end, this may well be Win2K probleme, because I think that
I've seen this problem *once* with another application.

I've a pretty fast 800MHz dell precision 220 workstation

This is a dupe of another bug for Win32 builds. I believe that it may have 
involved a similar result occuring while MS Outlook was open. I will try to 
find this later.

Yes, it looks like 42997 but I've never used Outlook.
It's a far more general problem.

I don't think this is a duplicate.  The reporter has never used Outlook 2000.  
Suggest it be reopened, but I'll leave that up to someone else.

the bug is not about outlook,but about a file corruptions.
