Thanks for the quick response!  Am I requesting commit access to all repositories at hg.mozilla.org (e.g., mozilla-central) or only Labs?  The latter is all I need right now, but I don't know if it's possible to request access to it separately.

mozilla-central has extra requirements. This is only for Labs and generic Hg access.

Thanks.  Can both vouchers come from Labs?  I found http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/, but if there's another document that covers generic hg access or my case here that I should read, please let me know.
