Unfortunately this is currently on occuring on an internal website - but some
images, especially 1x1 gifs, (called clear.gif), are displayed as the name
"clear" through the page - giving very strange effects. I haven't noticed on
public URL's as yet. If I do, I'll send in the URL, or try and produce a test
case. Could it be a problem with the images file itself? If so, I can send the
image to someone..
Note that this is an intermitant bug - not all images on a single page suffer.
Shows up on multiple builds (currently using 24 Aug talkback).

This is due to missing GIFs. When Mozilla gets a 404 response for an image, it
simply shows the iage's name instead. This is a dupe of another bug, but I
can't remember the number off hand.
dup of bug 41924 "Change how layout handles broken images (alt text)"
