Article for crashsig: NPSWF32.dll@0x1b9cf9
- windows only
- caused by Flash plugin
- it is most likely a conflict with one of your add-ons
-- point them to troubleshooting extensions

(temp) Current vulnerability in Flash, so it
s best to just disable Flash.
Draft is up in the URL. The safe mode bit is from Basic Troubleshooting, the other bit is from the Flash article.

Marking fixed for review.

Notes from review:
- used the crashsig content block
- added the reason for the crash in the intro
- replaced instances of "add-on" with "extension". Referring to add-ons, then pointing users to "Troubleshooting extensions and themes" could be confusing.
- changed the last paragraph of the first section into 2 bullet points.
