- windows only
- caused by Flash plugin
- it is most likely a conflict with one of your add-ons
-- point them to troubleshooting extensions
(temp) Current vulnerability in Flash, so it
s best to just disable Flash.
Draft is up in the URL. The safe mode bit is from Basic Troubleshooting, the other bit is from the Flash article.

Notes from review:
- used the crashsig content block
- added the reason for the crash in the intro
- replaced instances of "add-on" with "extension". Referring to add-ons, then pointing users to "Troubleshooting extensions and themes" could be confusing.
- changed the last paragraph of the first section into 2 bullet points.
