503941 - Iframe clips content even if the size is taller than content (for very > 3200px)

When I have an iframe with its height set to ~ 50,000 pixels, the frame border is correctly sized, but it clips the content inside the iframe from around 32,000 pixels onwards on Windows. (tested with Vista, XP, and Server 2003).

FWIW, this number seems suspiciously close to the max a signed 16-bit integer can hold...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://files.getdropbox.com/u/57027/test/fftest.htm
2. Scroll down - you'll see FF crop the content of the iframe around the no. 158. 
3. Open the same URL in IE or FF on Mac and the file will render correctly
Actual Results:  
The iframe cropped the content

Expected Results:  
The iframe should not crop the content. 

Using default theme with firebug installed.
