Keyboard shortcuts are supposed to be left-aligned in menus. EG:

Edit
  Cut     Ctrl-X
  Copy    Ctrl-C
  Paste   Ctrl-V
  Destroy Ctrl-Alt-Del

It seems that the *first* time a menu is opened, they're at the (default?) right-aligned, like:

Edit
  Cut           Ctrl-X
  Copy          Ctrl-C
  Paste         Ctrl-V
  Destroy Ctrl-Alt-Del

Mousing to another menu and then back is sufficient to change the alignment to the expected state.

The surprisingly hacky code in popup.xml to do this (added in bug 38367) should be doing its work from a popupshowing event, not sure why it's only taking effect on the second display.
