Currently, "Help->Release notes" replaces the currently focused Browser tab, (or creates a new window if browser is not open), but "Help->About Plug-ins" and "Help->About SeaMonkey" opens new windows (or tabs, if tab-related preferences are not default). That's ugly in all cases.

My suggestion:
* "Help->Release notes" should behave like the other two options currently do;
* "Help->About Plug-ins" could (should?) be removed, since most of that info is now shown in the Addon manager;
* "Help->About Seamonkey" should open a nice "About SeaMonkey" dialog, as suggested in bug 505304
