seit kurzem hat sich mal wieder das Layout der Webseite geändert.

Nun bekomme ich wieder nicht die Add-Ons angezeigt, die ich sehen möchte (ist bisher fast bei jedem Layout-Wechsel passiert).

Beispiel:
Ich möchte die neu hinzugefügten Add-Ons sehen.

Dafür wähle ich als erstes den Link "Gerade hinzugefügt" und dann "Alle neuen Add-ons anzeigen".

Ich komme dann auf eine Seite mit der Überschrift: "Neueste Add-ons". - Eigendlich müsste ich hier richtig sein.

Dem ist aber leider nicht so.

Auf dieser Auswahl-Seite der augenscheinlich "Neuesten Add-ons" ist leider nicht zu ersehen zu welchem Datum die aufgelisteten "neuen" Add-Ons hinzugefügt wurden. Nun gehe ich davon davon aus, dass die neuesten Add-Ons oben stehen - gefolgt von den älteren. Wenn ich dann aber das erste Add-On in der Liste auswähle erwische ich z.B. bei der Durchsicht (nach Auswahl aus der Liste) am 20.07.2009 das

an erster Stelle ein Add-On vom 14.07.2009,
an zweiter Stelle ein Add-On vom 16.07.2009,
an dritter Stelle ein Add-On vom 09.07.2009,
an vierter Stelle ein Add-On vom 04.07.2009,
an fünfter Stelle ein Add-On vom 04.07.2009.

Das ist nun, zugegeben ein kein nicht sehr gravierendes Beispiel; aber in den letzten Tagen war die Unordnung weitaus größer!

a) Ist es nicht, wie bei dem alten Layout der Auswahlliste, möglich, das Aufnahmedatum der einzelnen Add-Ons schon hier anzuzeigen (schafft schon eine bessere Übersicht; - schützt vor Auswahl zu alter Add-On-Neueinträge)?
b) Es muss wohl was am Sortierverfahren gemacht werden, um die Add-Ons auch in der richtigen Reihenfolge anzuzeigen.

Es würde mich freuen wenn bald wieder die gewohnte Ordnung hier einkehren würde.

Besten Dank für den Fehlerbericht. Die Daten, die Sie angeben, stellen aber das letzte Aktualisierungsdatum, nicht das Hochladedatum dar. Es ist also ganz normal, dass ein Entwickler häufiger aktualisiert, und ein anderer weniger häufig.

Die Sortierung scheint insofern richtig. Allerdings wäre es wohl in der Tat hilfreich, das Datum gleich sehen zu können, nach dem dort sortiert wird.

Summary: the OP says, the "newest add-ons" on the front page are not sorted properly, when checking the date displayed on their display pages. The date displayed there is, however, the last-updated, not the upload date, so I think the sort order is right.

Nonetheless, this leaves us with the problem that there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to find an add-ons upload date. The OP suggests putting it into the lising items like it used to be, as this is the criteria that particular list is sorted by.

I think it's needlessly confusing to provide multiple dates and I think most users are interested in the last updated date.  If the OP really wants to see more dates, they are on the version history page.

I don't think he's talking about displaying the one-and-only creation date in the list sorted by add-on creation date. Maybe I summarized that confusingly.

Sorry my english.

Which form of date I mean or should display depends from List I want to see.

In the List of the new Add-Ons is the creation date of interest (if the update date means the same, OK).
In the List of the updated Add-Ons is the updated date of interest.
In the Lists of the recommended or popular Add-Ons is the date is not of interest.

Which date is displayed in the Add-On product page itself is indifferent.

But in a second line a good content depending sort of the displayed Lists is also importent, I mean.

Important is only, that the page I select, displays that what it should, with a content that helps me to see, to find and to select what I am looking for.

This is how it currently works.  For a new add-on the uploaded date is the same as the updated date.

This means that the date shown for each list is the most relevant date we have regarding that add-on in that context.  Calling this invalid, assuming I'm understanding the request.
