When clicking on a Growl notification of a new email message received, Thunderbird 3.0b3 opens a new window with the title "nullMozilla Thunderbird 3.0 Beta 3" and an Alert dialog with the message "imap-message is not a registered protocol".
Note: Growl integration worked correctly in Beta 2.
The underlying window does not seem to be a "compose new message" window. See attached screenshot without the Alert dialog. This was taken by Mac's "Grab" application -- it would otherwise be impossible since the entire window closes when the alert dialog is dismissed.
Confirming on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1pre) Gecko/20090716 Shredder/3.0b4pre.

Ummm, no it doesn't. I don't know what I was thinking, sorry.
Original report from Intel Mac OS X 10.5, Growl 1.1.5.
Summary: Clicking on Growl new message notification leads to error message → Clicking on Growl new message notification leads to error message "imap-message is not a registered protocol"
This sounds like bug 501045, which was recently fixed. Please test with a later nightly.
