It would be nice if m.o could have l10n-aware URL architecture like other Mozilla sites, e.g.

I don't think we'll be able to implement a new l10n scheme in time for the relaunch since there are still some open issues about what's the best setup for the site, but we do want to get to this soon.
That having been said, we already do have localized content on the site (see the Japanese Manifesto link below) and can add more now. We'll just migrate over any existing localized content to the new system when we get it set up.
