Need an LDAP server on either sm-weave-proxy01 or sm-weave-fs01. Feel free to punt this to zandr if you can't get to it. Will make testing those functions you have in Bug 508891 much easier. :)
I installed OpenLDAP and imported the base LDIF. slapcat returns the correct records, but doing an ldapsearch doesn't yield correct results. Zandr, could you take a look as I'll be away for most of this week?

Anant- I think you said you fixed this? If not, throw it back at me.
Nope, I don't think it's fixed because ldap queries on localhost do not work. Could you please take a look? Feel free to ping me if you have questions.

slapd wasn't running when I looked at sm-weave-proxy01 Can you give me a test case to debug?

Is this fixed now? I assume this was for stage, and not the theoretical-future-dev-cluster-of-VMs?
It's certainly deployed on stage, and the purposes for this bug are long past, so closing it out. We'll need to make sure LDAP is on the dev cluster when it gets built, obviously.
