+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #509029 +++ Copying bookmarks creates both plain text and HTML formats on the clipboard. Bug 509029 fixes plain text to not end with a newline. For HTML the case is different, clients such as Composer or Word don't show trailing newlines. Firefox 3.5 is separating bookmarks by \r\n\r\n and a final \r\n (at least on Windows). The empty line seems a bit excessive since whitespace is combined in HTML. I'd say just always add a single line break after each bookmark for copy as HTML.
It appears that Composer, at least the SM 2 version of it, does show a trailing newline. Thus I lined the HTML case up with the plain text one, removing the trailing newline.
