I did as has been suggested in some reports and removed Thunderbird and reinstalled, as above but it will still not open. I am not very knowledgeable with computer - just sit down and use it and I don't know were to go from here. I have all my work files and addresses which I need to access. I have done daily back-ups so can recall them if I can get Thunderbird to open. PLEASE HELP Reproducible: Always
