50928 - Preferences window doesn't display the text.

Launch Pref window. Just browse tgh twice or thrice all the categories in Mail. 
Notice that during the second or third time the texts doesn't appear.  
Particularly notice the Msg Composition and Address Book categories. 

I can reproduce this all the time in my Win NT system. And this seems to be 
Windows problem only.

Build and platform:
Today's commercial build on Win NT.

One more thing. _Sometimes_ the checkboxes are disabled(the one with default 
on), but the text appear.

hmm, could be any of a number of bugs, depending on what is absent in the prefs
panel. here are a couple that come to mind --do either of these ring true for
what you see?

bug 44571: widgets present, but content isn't (workaround: resize or move
dialog).

bug 50091: entire panel goes blank (workaround: resize dialog, or quit and
restart app)

This one is similar to 44571 and it has been marked fixed yesterday. I don't see 
it anymore on Win 95 using today's commercial build. Will test on Win NT later.

when bug 44571 was alive, it was annoyingly erratic at times. thx for the info,
