The page https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/pages/faq is obviously just the firefox FAQ page with the page name changed. Every paragraph talks about Firefox, not Thunderbird. It doesn't begin to answer even the most obvious questions about addons for Thunderbird, like: - How do you download addons for Thunderbird? With Firefox? - If the add-on is downloaded with Firefox, not by thunderbird itself, then how do you then install the downloaded addon into Thunderbird? - How do you manage addons/extensions in Thunderbird?
Yeah, there's only one page; just shows the same one for everything. Shouldn't be too hard to rewrite it to be application agnostic. All Toolkit apps do things mostly the same. Only real difference is that the lack of a browser means the birds can't browse AMO and install directly. The answer to some of your questions is in the popup box you get when you click an install button, but it should probably be in the FAQ too.

In the FAQ rewrite this page will reference the current app in most places as opposed to always Firefox. If someone from Thunderbird/SeaMonkey wants to add specific questions for those apps I will review them, but my current questions are either about add-ons in general or using them in Firefox with supporting SUMO links.
