mailnews/compose/public/nsIMsgQuote.idl depends on mailnews/mime/public/nsIMimeStreamConverterListener.idl getting exported first.

Would it hurt to process mailnews/mime/public twice? I know me rarely alter mailnews, but this would make bug 465339 (which I really should have got round to fixing) worse for those touching mime.

Yeah, it's only 7 .idl files and a few headers; just drop the Makefile change.
