If I upload a file using a web form, I cannot delete/move that file until Firefox is closed. Why is it locked by firefox even though the upload is complete and the window/tab containing that form is even no longer open?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a screenshot of a stupid bug onto your desktop.
2.Upload it e.g. to http://thedailywtf.com/Contact.aspx
3.Try to delete or move it from the desktop.
Actual Results:  
Error Moving File or Folder:

Cannot move <file>: It is being used by another person or program.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to do with the file what I want.

(There is AT LEAST some timeout until the file is no longer locked)
That shouldn't be.

Do you use Firebug ?
If yes: Do you get this if you disable it ?
