Barbara Hueppe just caught that on the DE FAQ page - the links are still going off to EN content.
Is that scheduled to automatically change when the DE version of the site goes live?

Nothing automatic. The faq is mostly editable by each locale, so they can customize it. For links that are PHP variables, I just need to know Actual and Expected in this bug and I will change it.

do you know the bugzilla IDs for the l10n DE guys (sorry I couldnt track them down) to cc on this bug? I dont know if the Urls should be simply DE urls or if they need to change completely.

Some of them might be hanging out in #l10n, too, or Seth B would know how to reach them.

Hi Michael, hope all's well. A colleague found a few problems with the urls on the DE FAQ page. Please could you help us confirm what the German urls should be? Thanks for you help.

I commented on the de L10n bug#500843 to get more input on this bug.

So you mean something like "http://mozillaservice.org/learn_more/faq/de_DE#what-is-moservice" should be completely translated into the target language?
None of the localizations are going this way. Doing this would make it harder to simply post a link for a foreign language. In the current way you simply have to exchange the language code. AFAIR we haven't done this so far.

Hey there - SORRY, I hadnt realized. If the links on the DE FAQ page are linking to EN pages as those are not to be translated -- then that's perfectly fine. Please can you confirm that? Many thanks.

Probably I misunderstood. So you are talking about something like:
> Sie können auch auf <a href="http://mozillaservice.org">mozillaservice.org</a>
I don't know the po file but having those links shouldn't they be relative and not absolute? But given that case German is not the only locale too.
Summary: DE FAQ page - linking are directing to EN content → FAQ page - linking are directing to EN content

The website is storing cookies of the selected language. If you have chosen another language before and you open a link like http://mozillaservice.org you will see the website in the above chosen language. This makes this bug invalid. Austin, if you disagree feel free to reopen.
