I'll be creating two more l10n.ini files in locales, one referring to mozilla-central and one referring to releases/mozilla-1.9.2.
Those will be used by the build configs to pick up the right paths for builds-on-change in bug 511616.
Guess that aki is the best one to review this.
The approach is coordinated with KaiRo, who's facing a similar issue with SeaMonkey against central and 1.9.1.
