This is on sumo/trunk. For minify: (bug 511986) Need to copy over scripts/minify.conf.php.dist to scripts/minify.conf.php under SVN. For htaccess.sh (bug 498920) Run webroot/htaccess.sh
Marked this major because the without config file, CSS does not work on stage and makes it hard to test anything else.

Excellent, thanks Jeremy! Stephen: I changed my app.support.baseURL to point to stage and got the redirects properly for bug 498920. Also, CSS + JS looks good on stage for bug 511986.
