It's a noisy thing to have in our left-most menu - if we're not comfortable deleting it altogether, how about moving it somewhere less prominent.

I'm not sure the simplicity win here outweighs the loss functionality. There would be no way to trigger an import again apart from deleting your entire profile.

A scenario where this might matter is someone who installed Firefox a long time ago, switched back to their old browser, and then later decides they want to switch to Firefox again.
