Details

switching themes (from modern to classic or vice versa) does not immediately
change the icons in the toolbar.  the correct icons appear after restarting
mozilla or when an icon is disabled and reenabled.  this is with build
2000090504 on windows 2000.
This is also observed on Linux 2000090508.
