Screen shot showing problem.
1. Go to any form (e.g., tasks->privacy->form-manager->demo->sample x
2. Fill in any field
3. Right-click and select "save form data"
4. Right-click and select "prefill form"
At this point a preview window appears showing what fields will be filled in.
The text of the field name in this window is cut in half horizontally (see
attached screen shot). If you cover the window and then uncover it, the text if
fine. Also if you try to repeat this it is fine. I think the problem is
happening only the first time per browser session.
