"Get new messages" and "Get all new messages" shortcuts have been changed to [Ctrl]+[D] and [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[D], so shortcuts_mailnews.xhtml should be updated.

I'd like to note that [Ctrl]+[D] is used to add a new task, and [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[D] is used to show tasks pane when Lightning extension is installed, so they won't work (for Lightning purposes) in SeaMonkey 2.0.

Adding fixed-seamonkey2.0 keyword so the queries for approved but not fixed bugs don't catch that bug.
