Details
Rail Aliev was recently granted Hg access and is one of our lead Turkish localizers. See bug 502613. He will need SVN access as well.

please add Rail to the @localizers group and also grant him access to svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla-europe.org/trunk/tr/ Thanks

We have a form on file for Rail, let's move this bug to server ops
