Details

user.js leads to confusion and pain (users thinking the Preferences UI is broken, for example), so we should stop recommending it. Now that all the prefs we list are available in about:config, we should change the hidden prefs page to explain how to use about:config to set these values instead of user.js
Probably for 2.0.  

We'll need to keep the old instructions for http://caminobrowser.org/documentation/hiddenprefs/#ManualAcceptLang (and possibly some actual Gecko prefs that don't exist by default; need to audit the non-Camino ones), but we can switch all the other Gecko-style prefs over to using about:config.

This is fixed on stage for 2.0.
