After being prompted for PSM password, a blank browser window pops up
Win32 build, commercial, 9-6.
1. Tasks | Privacy and Security | Security Manager
2. Certificates section/tab
3. Select to Restore your certificate
4. Prompted for password
5. Enter it
6. Get another prompt for password for PSM. Notice at this time that blank
browser window opens; in this window, you will see garbage characters in the
title. You are able to close this dialog, but it's disconcerting to see it.
Note: same problem if you were set up to use IMAP SSL and get prompted for the
PSM password when logging in.
