51584 - Show warning dialog when user selects `File' > `Exit'/`Quit'

Could we move the Close option in the File menu down to Exit, and add Close
Window, and Exit Mozilla (Navagator) to the File menu? Also to have a warning
pop up "this will close all open windows" have choices OK and cancel, and do not
show this warning again. I think this is something that show be implemented as I
know many people who were in Mail or in Composer and lost all there work because
they thought exiting out of Mozilla browser would only close the browser and not
the whole program. Maybe treat the components differently from the broswer and
have Exit Mozilla (Navagator), and Exit Mail for each separate component?

there is a component for suggestions like this.  updating component and setting
default owner.

Jason, please file only one suggestion per bug report, otherwise it is difficult 
to track whether a particular suggestion has been implemented, has been thrown 
out, is a duplicate of another bug, etc.

Moving `Close' next to `Exit' is a duplicate of bug 22222. Problems with `Exit' 
closing more windows than you thought it would are covered in bug 39057.

The remaining suggestion in this bug is to show a warning dialog when the user 
chooses `File' > `Exit'. This is 4xp on Windows, and might be a good idea given 
the confusion caused by tying a browser, mailer, and HTML editor together into 
one program. Resummarizing.
