1. i had my toolbar set to "show: icons" "use small icons".
2. i upgrade from 20090903

after upgrading (as per bug 474523 ?), the toolbar got "reset" to "icons & text" with no "use small icons" set.

however, when i go to the toolbar and use right-mouse "customize..." i still see my settings in the "customize toolbar" dialog.

to switch back to "small icons only", i need to choose another option, hit done, revisit the "customize toolbar" dialog and chooose "show: icons" as well as "use small icons" again.

imho, if the toolbar is reset, the configuration should be consistent with the reset/new look.

confirming, since I'm still here.

requesting wanted-tb3, but really it's more egregious regression than that because we already just forced changed the users toolbar. i.e. we don't want to look like idiots by forcing the change, and also making an error in making the change.

We do on Win XP and Linux. But I haven't seen this issue since a long time -> changing to WFM.
I think I had also sometime changed the CSS logic to fix this but can't say in which bug.
