Bug 504080 brought 1.9.1 to NSS 3.12.4, so we need to take the ifdefs off packaging nssdbm3.chk, and stop removing it for m-c -> 1.9.1 downgrades.

Fix
r=wtc.
There is no mail/installer/unix directory. Is
there no Thunderbird installer for Unix/Linux?
Should we also update calendar/installer/windows/packages-static?

Thunderbird never did have a Linux installer, and Firefox hasn't had one since 1.8ish - the path is just an artifact, it only controls what goes in the tarball. I have a bug to add one for Thunderbird, but haven't ever come up with a reason to do it, and probably won't until I follow Firefox's lead and preprocess a single one for all platforms. Since we don't have a list of the things that should go in, we just tar up everything except what's in the list of things that shouldn't go in, so we were shipping it on Linux the very second it started being built.
The packages-static in calendar/ is kind of deadcode - it's only used for Sunbird, which they announced last February they wouldn't be releasing anymore, and have then spent the last seven months trying to convert the people who want it to still be released into people who will do the work to release it. I filed bug 517137 so that if the working people do wind up existing, they'll know that they need to do it.
