516952 - Attachment Detach and Detach All does not remove attachment from email and corrupts saved file

Selecting to Detach an attachment will save a corrupted version of the file to the desired directory, but will not remove the attachment from the email.  This occurs regardless of the path to selecting Detach or Detach All.  The files I've tried include *.doc, *.ppt.  The file contains the following:

When multiple files are detached using Detach All, only the first file saved is corrupted like above.  The others are fine, but none are removed from the email.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select email with attachment
2 [review].Detach file
3.Select save location
Actual Results:  
Saved file contains text regarding detachment process and the attachment is still attached to the email.

Expected Results:  
The file should be correctly saved and detached from the email

Can you attach mail data which produces your problem and mail data after "Detach or Detach All"? (save as .eml, or mail folder file, with text/plain as mime-type of attachment to this bug)
Can you attach the corrupted file data by "Detach or Detach All"?
If email address, mail data, filename etc. is sensitive data, replace such data by string with keeping string length and keeping consistency in mail data, before open mail data to public.

Your problem started to occur with this build? (No problem with Tb2 or older Tb3 beta release builds or older nightly builds?)

This worked for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090915 Thunderbird/3.0b4.

Ryan can you send me the email causing problem ?

I have tried repeatedly now to duplicate this bug, using 20090915 Thunderbird/3.0b4 as well as the various nightlies and have been unsuccessful.  

I'm thinking I did something wrong during the testing and so will close the bug.
