Turns out that release automation also expects to be able to checkin to CVS as well. Hg access was not enough.

This user is already setup on cvs.mozilla.org and can access it via CVS, however, seems the access is read-only or at least, has insufficient privileges.

I just checked despot and you are setup as a cvsuser. Moving over to IT so they can check on their side to see what is going on.

Should be fixed now.  Added the user to the right group and fixed perms on the tools directory.
