518048 - Auto Forwarding by filter always send mail as attachments

I set up the filter to make it can forward  mail automatically.
Though I have configured the <Tool-options-Edit-general-mail forward (Original message as inline text)> .
When the filter forward mail, it still keep using attachment but not inline text.

If I forward a mail by pressing forward button manually, the mail will be forwarded via in-line text as same as it has been configured.

I searched the bug report, and I found somebody have report the bug, But I don't know if it has been solved or is planned to solved.
