The "Username formula" in the form to add a new ISP needs some explanation, currently it's completely unclear to me what to enter there, or what the possible value are.

My ISP, aon.at, needs a  value of "aon.xxxxxxxxx" where the xs represent a 9-digit customer number, I guess we don't have an option for prefilling that automatically (unless we have crystal ball technology) but I don't even know what to put into that field.
