User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090903 SeaMonkey/2.0b2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090903 SeaMonkey/2.0b2 In previous (stable) versions, I could drag URL icon to personal toolbar. In this version, I have to open "File Bookmark" and select a sub folder. Not a big deal, but I like drag & drop function. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Drag URL icon to personal toolbar. 2.Drop icon. 3. Actual Results: Icon does not "stick" as it should. Expected Results: Tool tip says I can drag & drop, so I expect it to work as described.

Please read the "Known Issues" section of release notes before filing bugs. http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.0b2/#issues says: "* Bookmarking pages with drag and drop is not possible, use File Boomark from the Bookmarks menu for bookmarking into specific folders in this beta (Bug 514630)"
