The current CAPTCHA on AMO does not have a refresh button like the one on spreadfirefox.com. Users might be confused on what actions to take when the text on a CAPTCHA is not visible like the screencast below http://screencast.com/t/YAAM8V7gq I think the CAPCHA on AMO should be updated to look like this http://screencast.com/t/CBVXpA3OjLt
