Environment: Netscape 6(Build ID:2000080719) for Solaris 2.8 on Sparc/Intel Test Case: Visit the urls http://www.unicode.org/iuc/iuc10/x-ncr.html http://www.unicode.org/iuc/iuc10/x-utf8.html and find that the languages Arabic and Georgian are not supported.

I tried the url on windows nt platform using nightly mozilla build: 2001041704 and see the problem to occur too. I'm updating the bug categories to windows NT
