Options which I set to one of account folder applies to all folders in that account

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right-click on any account folder
2.choose Options and tab Rules for storing messages
3. Set an options (different from use default account setting)
Actual Results:  
Selected options applies to all folder in that account

Expected Results:  
In my example I've chosen for folder SPAM "Delete messages older than one day" - all messages in all folder where immediatly deleted and "Delete messages older than one day" option was seen set in all folders' Option dialog box
